After earning my degree in Communications, Women's Studies and then my MA in Counseling, I went on to work with individuals and groups from all ages and stages as a therapeutic social worker in homes, schools and communities throughout northwestern Vermont. My work with high school age children led me to a role as a school psychotherapist ranging from grades K-12. With a desire to include adults and caregivers more formally in the work, I developed Your True North Counseling and Past Life Regression and became a certified past life regression therapist through the Weiss Institute. Exploring the human experience and challenges on a deep level of consciousness opened up my work to intuitive focused counseling and an opportunity to make the invisible become visible and real. I released my therapy practice and turned my approach solely to intuitive and mediumship readings to assist people through blocks, transitions and loss.
As a professional intuitive, I can guide people outside of the limits of self-concept while attending to the psychology of the emotional and mental body. I have predicted countless life events and developments throughout my career but, most importantly have helped people reconnect to their true potential.
My Approach
Everything I do starts from my heart as it is the most powerful force in the human body. Anchoring and acting from my heart allows me to step aside and let messages come through unsullied and as they were intended. It also ensures that the intuitive intel I am getting is of a high standard of care and respect. Reading people from the portal of my heart also offers them energy and momentum around changes they want to make if they choose to use it.
I describe the intuitive process as “walking on the the streets of a person”. There are sights, sounds, words, voices, videos, memories, smells and so much more. I use my intellect to organize and synthesize the messages but never to alter or create them. Often I do not remember everything that comes up in a sessions as my consciousness is also in the observer role as it unfolds. The process is natural and never scary but does require a open willingness and curiosity in order for it to flow as I honor the boundaries of the person I am reading.
Reading a person’s field is a great responsibility and honor.
